right let me tell u somthing i have a friend and when she was 13 she fell in with the wrong crowd she started cuttin herself cause they told her 2 but her mum found out when she got a new dress 4 crimbo and she tried it on. her mum saw it and she moved her fro that school. and the girls who made her do it one started using a knife she is now DEAD and her friends are in hospital. she is now 17 and she cant wear short sleves in puplic.
So its not funny is scarry and sick

Emo is just emotionaly unstable.

i found this strangely humourous..
not because it was good or anything

and yes SOME cut themselves
but not all..
so if you think this is all what an emo is thats wrong.
i first became emo when i started listening to the music
bands like BFMV, BMTH, Escape the fate, breaking benjamin, As i lay dying, avenged sevenfold, silverstein, eyes set to kill, children of bodom, ect.
then i liked the skinny jeans and the eyeliner and everything
and its not because i hate myself and everyone around me..
or because im “clinically depressed” .
so please.. this really isn’t needed..

oh heck…emo is not only about DEATH and CUTTING….na na…its d way u feel wen ur depressed wen u feel worthless helpless etc..evry1 bcms an emo sometimes in der life…blv me…. Hey I use to be emo. So to all my fellow depressed ppl, who believe there is nothing to look forward to besides death. I would just like to say there is more to look forward to and all you are going to do is hurt the ones who love you. Its not cool and just because life sux, it doesn’t mean its going to stay that way. So live life to the fullest, make a friend, get help. do something else, put down the knife and relax. Its okay, your okay, just take a moment to think positive. Think how your friends and family would feel, if you actually suceeded? how empty and sad they would be. Could live with that? Knowing that not only are you causing yourself harm, your causing other ppl harm.

Emo isn’t JUST anything. It’s a sense of style, a way of life, type of music, a way of doing things, a demeanor, or ones personality. Emo is any or all of those things, but most people stereotypically associate the term Emo only with people who wear a copious amount of tight black clothes and skinny jeans, and/or cut themself. So there.
